Well, all these flavours, all these pleasures offered up by the land of Corsica require time! Yes, we need time to pick the chestnuts and mushrooms, to collect the arbutus berry and myrtle, to cook jams and sweets, to fill up on cold meats and cheeses. Time to design new recipes, to discover new products and producers. Time to invent new and exciting entertainment too, to meet other artists, to hunt down decorative wonders and – of course – offer additional amenities (time and time again).
