We never underestimate your qualities. We take you seriously and, we dare to say, are attentive to your well-being. We regularly arrange, renovate and improve your seasonal living space (accommodation, leisure and dining space). You'll be housed with one other person at most. The rooms: this year, in addition to the annual renovations, we've built 12 new ones! They are all equipped with a TV, a coffee machine, a refrigerator, a double bed and a dressing room. All air-conditioned and well insulated. As for your meals, they are all provided, even on your rest days. In terms of sports activities, we have negotiated discounts for you with our service providers (football, tennis, boat rental, scuba diving, canyoning, etc.), and offer you yoga sessions.

For successfulintegration

Throughout the season, we make sure that you are well integrated. As such, we have written a welcome booklet, in which you will find the keys to a successful season at the U Capu Biancu hotel. Regular meetings will be held with your manager to review your progress and/or areas for improvement. In short, we do not simply release you into the wild – even if the wild here is particularly welcoming. And once the season is over, don't think we'll be letting you go that easily! Absolutely not! We take stock of the weeks spent together, discuss your plans and developments, positions and responsibilities and consider our future together.
